Overview
We are seeking a Cabinet Spray Painter to join our team. Be a part of a growing, fast-paced, women owned and operated business. The ideal candidate will have a background in various painting techniques including spraying, however we are willing to train the right person. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, creativity, coachability and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team. The Cabinet Spray Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
- Apply low VOC paint using airless spray equipment, roller and brush
- Work under the direction of the lead sprayer
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety standards at all times.
Experience
- Experience as a Cabinet Spray Painter is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Painting techniques and processes.
