Job Description
Joyful Jobs is seeking a part-time, temporary receptionist on behalf of Workman Company to work 1-2 days per week for several months.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers. As a receptionist, you’ll be at the forefront of the organization, greeting guests and contractors, and responding to phone and email inquiries.
TASKS:
- Checking voicemail
- Taking notes of any messages and contact information
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Answering emails
- Scheduling quotes
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
- Respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Filing paperwork
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
