Join Our Team as an Inventory Manager at Joyology of Mount Pleasant!
Joyology is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee product management at our new Mount Pleasant location! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new dispensary, ensuring accurate inventory control and compliance while supporting a high-performing team.
Position Details:
- Salary: $1,000 - $1,500 per week (based on experience and performance)
- Minimum Hours: 50 hours per week (salary eligibility requires meeting the minimum hours)
- Location: Joyology of Mount Pleasant – Coming Soon!
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving, tracking, and auditing stock.
- Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations regarding inventory management.
- Implement and maintain best practices for loss prevention and product security.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and maintain stock levels.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track sales trends and optimize stock replenishment.
- Train and oversee staff on proper inventory procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to ensure product availability and accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in the cannabis or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to cannabis inventory.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory tracking software is a plus.
