Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director / Web Developer to lead our brand marketing strategy while maintaining and evolving our digital presence. This role blends creative direction with technical expertise, ideal for someone who is equal parts visionary marketer and hands-on web developer. You will oversee our branding and marketing initiatives while ensuring our website and digital platforms are optimized for performance, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage and enhance the company website (design, development, content, SEO)
- Lead all branding efforts across print, digital, and social media platforms
- Design compelling visuals for web, email, ads, social media, and print materials
- Collaborate across departments to create cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute email marketing, social campaigns, and online advertising
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, user behavior, and digital KPIs
- Stay current on emerging marketing trends, web technologies, and best practices
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee vendors, freelancers, or junior staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Web Development, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in marketing and web development or related fields
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience managing websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong portfolio showcasing both marketing campaigns and web development work
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
- Experience in cannabis industry preferred
- SEO/SEM strategy and execution experience
- Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
