Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Joyology of Mount Pleasant!
Joyology is expanding, and we’re looking for friendly and professional Receptionists to join our new Mount Pleasant location! As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient dispensary experience.
Position Details:
- Starting Pay: $17 per hour
- Raise After 90 Days: Performance-based pay increase after 90 days
- Location: Joyology of Mount Pleasant – Coming Soon!
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and check them in while ensuring a positive first impression.
- Verify IDs and necessary documentation for dispensary entry.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide helpful information.
- Maintain an organized front desk and waiting area.
- Assist with paperwork and customer registration as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
- Assist other departments during downtime (e.g., light inventory tasks, cleaning, or customer assistance).
- Follow company policies and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in reception, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be 21 and meet all state cannabis licensing requirements.
