Position Summary:
Mainly responsible for regional JSS indirect material, services, and investments supplier selection, price negotiation, ensure supply and other procurement related work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for making the material demand plan for the IMS, release the orders and subsequent forecast demand information of the supplied parts to the suppliers in time, effectively control the materials and ensure the reasonable supply of materials.
- Organize supplier inspection and evaluation and select suitable suppliers.
- Coordinate and organize the project process procurement research and application, complete the company's procurement cost target control.
- Purchase contract negotiation, contract process management, order production management and monitor the whole process of implementation.
- Control the purchasing budget, reduce the purchasing cost, optimize the purchasing process, and complete the purchasing demand according to the needs of JSS.
- Develop and maintain suppliers, assist department head to establish supplier management system.

- Read the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct of Joyson Safety Systems, understand the content and sign the Code of Conduct Certification form.
- Act in an ethical, honest, and professional manner by acting on behalf of the company and conducting business with integrity, even when making difficult decisions.
- Complete all the online and/or onsite training scheduled in your location related to ethics and compliance topics.
- Become familiar with Joyson Safety Systems ' Ethics and Compliance Policies.
- Report to your Supervisor, the Executive Committee, the Compliance Department, or any of the available resources any possible violation of the Laws, the Code of Conduct, or the Company's Policies.

Qualifications:
- Have a basic knowledge of purchasing cost analysis and be able to predict purchasing price scientifically.
- Good communication, negotiation skills.
- Have a potential market analysis and judgment ability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- 1 year of working experience in related.
