Production Manager

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Install Manager to join our team and help us deliver top-notch roofing solutions to our clients.

Job Overview:The Install Manager will play a vital role in the smooth execution of our roofing projects by coordinating schedules, managing resources, and supporting communication between team members and clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking to meet the demands of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling of roofing, siding, window, repair projects, ensuring efficient allocation of labor and materials to meet deadlines.
• Lead and support a team of repair technicians and estimators, ensuring they are well-informed, motivated, and equipped to deliver high-quality work.
• Provide clear direction and expectations fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, crews, and subcontractors to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
• Maintain and update project schedules, tracking milestones and any necessary adjustments.
• Organize and manage logistics, including material deliveries and waste disposal.
• Assist with preparing change orders, invoices, and other project documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to prevent overruns.
• Support team members by identifying and resolving any project issues promptly.
• Conduct post-project reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Project management or construction management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and estimators.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with roofing materials, processes, and equipment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
