Overview
We are seeking a high performing chiropractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and overall clinic experience. As a Chiropractor, you will play a crucial role in the examination and treatment of patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatment strategies to enhance their overall well-being and wellness. We see patients of all ages, but mostly adults. Our current in clinic schedule is Monday-Thursday. We are open to hiring a full or part-time chiropractor. You must be coachable and wanting to grow. Lots of growth opportunity within the office. Buy in opportunity for partial ownership may be possible. We are a full spine practice that offers additional services like decompression, dry needling and neuropathy as well.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and conditions.
- Perform physical examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal issues and overall health.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's specific requirements and monitor progress long the way.
- Manage acute or chronic pain through effective chiropractic techniques and therapies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and/or imaging centers
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercises, and wellness strategies to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state chiropractic license to practice.
- New grad or experienced docs welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team.
