Responsibilities:
- Reviewing plans and specifications
- Conducting site visits
- Developing construction plans
- Collaborating with estimators, project managers, and superintendents
- Pricing self-performed work
- Maintaining and using our historical cost database
- Preparing bids
- Conceptual estimating
- Preconstruction services
- Analyzing subcontractor bids to ensure a complete scope of work
- Negotiating and awarding subcontracts
- Participating in training programs among other duties.
