We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and equipment
- Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and groundskeeping practices
- Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
