JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full time Personnel Assistance I to provide Customer Support function of the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) Program that consists of non-personal services for the administration and support of the human resources/personnel programs conducted at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
Location / Place of performance: 1SOFSS/FSPS located in Building 90210, (212 Lukasik Ave.) Hurlburt Field FL.
Start Date: 1 April 2025
Salary: $ 18.26 per hour
Hours of Operation: Monday -Friday from 07:300-16:30/ excluding federal holidays.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The Super Verifying Official (SVO) will manage and examine the audit trails; train new VOs on RAPIDS workstation using RAPIDS training guide; ensure that all VOs understand their responsibility to read and understand the "Message of the Day"; Download and install new RAPIDS software when instructed to do so; and verify the identity of VOs. SVO may also perform duties of a VO.

SVO assists personnel requesting documents; provide service to walk-in customers with a valid request to include access, screening, reviewing, and auditing of their own military personnel record in ARMS. SVO makes referrals to appropriate work centers to meet member’s need to correct any discrepancy of a document in ARMS. SVO maintains the ARMS access list. SVO notifies AFPC of changes to the ARMS access list and provide training to personnel requesting assistance, on accessing E-records. SVO the focal point for other organizations (Casualty, Legal, etc.) that do not have access to ARMS.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years’ experience working with advanced personnel management systems such as RAPIDS, ARMS/PRDA, MilPDS, and more.
- Must have a SECRET security clearance
- SSM, SVO, and VO personnel who issue and control CACs must be U.S. Citizens
- Must present a neat appearance and be easily recognized as JPLC employees
- Experience in personnel management and secure system oversight
- Preferred experience with RAPIDS/DEERS/CAC
- Have strong training and mentorship capabilities
- Must have experience working with advanced personnel management systems such as RAPIDS, ARMS/PRDA, and MilPDS.
