Our Pioneer Landfill, located in Birdsboro, PA, is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
What You Will Do:
- Answer phones, reply to emails, and provide customer services to external and internal clients
- Operate certified truck scales to weigh inbound/outbound truck drivers
- Data Entry and reporting on scale weights tonnage reports and other reports as needed
- Administrative paperwork for all employees including, but not limited to, onboarding new hires and assisting with the recruitment process
- Enter purchase order requisitions and process invoices as needed
- Other duties as assigned
You Have:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Able to navigate Microsoft Office successful
