Our Wyoming Valley Division, located in Nanticoke, PA, is currently searching for a Residential Customer Service Specialist due to growth! This position is based fully onsite.
What You Will Do:
- Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
- Greet and direct visitors as appropriate
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Maintains safe and clean working area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Assists Office Manager in assigned tasks
- Special projects and other job duties as assigned.
You Have:
- Valid driver License
- Reliable Transportaion
- Two (2) to four (4) years of office or receptionist experience
- Familiar with OSHA Safety Guidelines
- Transportation background is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong skills related to Microsoft Office software products
