Accounts Receivable
Location: Buchanan, NY
Pay Range: $21 - $24/hr (depending on experience)

- JP McHale Pest Management LLC, an Anticimex Company is one of the top professional pest control companies nationwide. Licensed in NY, NJ & CT and certified by the National Pest Management Association. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Associate:
- Daily processing of incoming payments including checks and credit cards.
- Participating in the day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
- Assist customers, management, and office staff with any billing related issues and discrepancies.
- Knowledgeable about company products and services, pricing structure, ensures correct application of billing fees, rates and schedules and presents a positive company image.
- Able to multi-task and follow through with details accurately and completely.
- Enjoys working as a team member to provide excellent service and growth to the company.
Job Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Associate:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Associate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.
- Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
