Customer Service Representative
Location: Buchanan, NY
Pay: $17 - $21/hr (depending on experience)

Qualifications
- *Previous Call-Center experience strongly preferred.*
- You're an upbeat, self-motivated person who loves helping people get the support and service they need.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to achieve our target goal.
- Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
Most importantly, you must be reliable, take ownership of your role and responsibilities, and be someone the team can count on.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathize & understand customer's urgent need for service.
- Create Tickets and Schedule the customer's appointment. ,
- Answer customer questions and provide basic service information\
- Communicate with customers via chat or email.
- Participate in administrative tasks, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
- Be prepared to complete other duties delegated on an as-needed basis.
- No Pest Control Experience Needed- We will train you!
