Fusion Product Owner, Executive Director

This role offers the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology, manage security identifiers, and generate data-promoten insights to gain a competitive advantage.As an Executive Director within Fusion's Security Master team, you will lead the development of a solution suite mastering of various products across Entity, Instrument, Pricing, and Account data. Your responsibilities will include generating innovative ideas, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating with multiple business lines. Additionally, you will spearhead product development, deliver value to our clients, and serve as a representative for Fusion's Security Master Solution.Job Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of security mastering throughout the development process, including but not limited to defining product requirements, overseeing implementation, ensuring product adoption, continuous product expansion and demonstrating advocacy Serve as a key leader in production ideation, management, requirements gathering, vendor engagement and roadmap execution Document and maintain clear product requirements that will act as a guide for business and technical teams to build, launch and market productsCollaborate cross-functionally with multiple lines of business (Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Product, Data Science)Serve as a trusted advisor for Sales and Client Solution teams to lean on and establish long-term partnerships Identify expansion opportunities through market research and customer interactions to develop strategies that align with business objectives Monitor industry trends and competitor landscapeRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills :  At least 10 years of business and technology strategy experience in the financial and market data spaceDemonstrate strong relationship and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with senior business and technology executivesFamiliarity with technical concepts, graph data models and a strong passion for product developmentFunctional knowledge of common programming languages (such as Python or R) and database languages (such as SQL)Extensive experience in product management, particularly in data management platforms, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications and validate these with clientsStrong client-facing skills, with the ability to engage with clients to gather product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectivesDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with a strategic mindset to drive product growth and market penetrationDeep understanding of various asset classes, including public securities, OTCs, and private markets, and their respective investment life cyclesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesAdaptable and proactive, with a strong problem-solving ability and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsUndergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Math, Engineering or related field Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environmentTrack record of developing a security mastering program and / or directing a data governance teamExperience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to achieve product goals and deliverables JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
