Civil or Water Resources Engineering (M.S. a bonus) 3-years-experience (6 to 8 preferred) in the study and design of WRE projects Registered EIT or PE Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS and MS Office Excellent written and verbal communications skills Working knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic software Ability to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates Knowledge of MSDs Plan Preparation Guidelines & Specifications preferred U.S. citizen or legal alien worker
