Position Summary:
SVR is seeking a Title Sales Representative to help drive new business, maintain strong industry relationships, and act as a key liaison between our title team and real estate professionals. This role is perfect for a licensed title agent or sales professional with an existing network, looking to grow in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Build relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and investors
- Engage with leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Attend open houses, real estate meetups, and networking events
2. Client Relationship Management
- Keep clients informed throughout transactions
- Stay in touch through calls, emails, texts, and social media
- Share educational content and market updates
3. Promoting Title Services & Closing Deals
- Deliver presentations and coffee/lunch meetings
- Highlight company benefits and ease of closing
- Share co-branded marketing materials with agents
4. Transaction Support & Problem Solving
- Monitor active files and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with title processors and underwriters
- Ensure smooth closings and satisfied clients
5. Marketing & Branding
- Post educational and engaging content
- Create newsletters and support digital campaigns
- Host webinars, workshops, and real estate events
6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Track sales activity, appointments, and commissions
- Maintain CRM data and generate reports
- Document client feedback and progress
7. Continuous Learning & Industry Engagement
- Stay current on real estate/title trends and laws
- Attend relevant events, training, and certifications
- Monitor local competitors and market shifts
8. Going the Extra Mile
- Send personalized thank-yous or small gifts
- Provide hands-on support during critical deal stages
- Offer client referral incentives
Ideal Candidate
- Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or title sales
- Licensed or has a solid book of business
- Comfortable in a high-activity, relationship-driven role
- Strong digital presence and social media savvy
MUST HAVE:
- Active Title License and existing book of business
- Sales experience in title, real estate, or related fields
- Must live locally – no relocation; must be able to work in office and in the field weekly
- Title license book of business
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience working in title, mortgage, or real estate
- Social media fluency (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $35,000 (based on experience/book of business)
- Commission: 12% of total file revenue on closed transactions
- Total potential earnings: $60K–$100K per year
- Car Allowance: $450/month
- Phone Allowance: $75/month
