The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Midweight Creative Designer with a passion for Art Direction and Design. You should be comfortable working at pace, rolling up your sleeves and working as a team. Although this is a design specific role, we are looking for candidates that believe in the ‘big idea’ and like to create ‘work that works’ - with a focus on crafting campaigns that standout and have purpose.
As Midweight Creative Designer, you will play central role within a small creative team, working closely alongside a close group of healthcare PR and marketing experts. We are a passionate and collaborative agency which creates patient-centric, award winning campaigns for an exciting roster of healthcare clients.
This position is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to the London office (Holborn based team) approximately 2-3 days per week.
The Responsibilities
This candidate will support art/creative directors and demonstrate the ability to take direction and develop conceptual designs, both independently and as part of the team.
Oversee design projects, from conception to
Ability to juggle multiple projects and
Generate conceptional
Shift between traditional media print & innovative digital
Maintain and follow brand consistency for a range of pharma and non-pharma brands.
Liaise with account and creative team to ensure deadlines are
Stay up to date with industry developments and
Ability to work with a wider network of creatives including external suppliers and creative colleagues overseas.
About You
Our ideal candidate must have:
3-5 years’ relevant experience in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Visual Arts or relevant field experience in advertising/design agency environment.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), comfortable using working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; Video, animation, illustration, and 3D skills are a plus.
Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with wider team members
Be confident presenting ideas to internal teams and happy to be client facing if required.
Have a passion for creative campaigns
Online portfolio and/or work samples required.
