Job Overview
JPA ROOFING is looking for a powerhouse Canvassing Manger that can run a team of canvassers and get up to 15 leads a day in a variety of outside areas.
This roll needs to be filled with someone that can be dynamic and motivated!! This role is essential in driving outreach initiatives, engaging with the community, and promoting our mission. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for community engagement. As a Canvassing Manager, you will oversee a team of canvassers, ensuring effective strategies are implemented to maximize outreach success, as well keep them motivated with bring in high energy and drive to the team daily.
Duties
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to effectively reach target demographics.
- work along side with the General Sales Manger to have affective sales reps close all leads.
- Supervise and train canvassing teams in door-to-door outreach and telemarketing techniques.
- Communicate with team members to ensure clarity of goals and expectations.
- Negotiate partnerships with local city organizations to enhance canvassing efforts.
- Monitor progress and performance metrics of the canvassing team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing community inquiries and concerns.
- Use our productive CRM Sales Rabbit to coordinate territory.
- Conduct regular evaluations of canvassing tactics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Market initiatives through various channels to increase visibility and engagement.
- Inputting leads into Job nimbus (that's our CRM).
- Hire and Train new Canvassers and maintain a (min) of 10 canvassers at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to train and have your team generate roofing leads/ inspections
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced community engagement with severe increase in pay.
- Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing methods is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- be able to work up wards of 60 hours a week during storm season.
- be able to bring management to the table but also trust and friendship as well.
