JPC Partners is seeking a Senior Product Manager that will work cross-functionally with teams to drive product delivery. This person will work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements and collaborate on the enterprise roadmap.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to production
- Define and maintain the product roadmap of both physical devices and supporting firmware
- Leverage an agile framework to maximize business value through continuous improvement
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to translate product needs into business and technical requirements
- Create clear epics, features and user stories that align with engineering and business teams
- Partner with the supply chain team to ensure interdepartmental collaboration and transparency through to product and executive leadership
- Manage the development of accompanying firmware and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain KPIs to assist with translating progress and measurements to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and sales support materials
- Support sales and customer success teams by providing training and ensuring effective product adoption and becoming a subject matter expert
- Travel up to 20% will be required to meet with internal stakeholders and customers
