Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and prioritize leads using our CRM database and market knowledge.
- Develop B2B relationships with area leaders and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, responding to inquiries and needs outside normal business hours.
- Utilize core values to build trust in the marketplace and secure business.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in inside or outside sales, preferably in related industries.
- Previous experience in agricultural or construction sales is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Competitive base salary plus commission, with high earning potential for motivated sales representatives.
