Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Eradicate all avenues to solve a customer's concern, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear and communicate with sales management for assistance
  • Attend regular meetings with fellow Client Service Representatives and sales supervisors and qualified sales management to receive coaching and feedback on how to improve client acquisition and sale
  • Providing above-and-beyond, fantastic client service by establishing trusting relationships with clients and providing them with the best sales experience imaginable
  • Work cross-functionally to identify ways to enable world-class customer service and sales practices at a scale
  • Establish and update accurate client information files in an online system and ensure clients receive all necessary follow-up information
  • Secure, analyze and protect sensitive personal and financial information following company compliance guidelines

  • Prior experience as a Client Service Representative, Customer Service, Sales, or Consumer-Facing positions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
