Our Entry Level Management Trainee Duties:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our company values, clients, products, service offerings, and marketing strategies
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by greeting customers in a friendly, engaging manner, and provide a legendary experience to each individual
- Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs
- Remain consistent with meeting personal sales targets, as well as looking for opportunities to impact fellow teammates to exceed their own individual goals
- Consistently display exceptional leadership actions and sustain high personal and team standards
- Acquire new skills by cross-training in all departments of customer service, sales, and marketing
- Track and notate sales interactions, follow-ups, and schedule appointments
Our Entry Level Management Trainee Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a team lead, manager, marketing coordinator, sales agent, or supervisor is a plus
- Degree in Management, Business Management, Marketing, or
- Persistent, punctual, and professional
- Ability to embrace complex obstacles and adapt quickly to change
- Results-oriented, attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities
- Ability to motivate and drive team members to exceed daily goals
- Superior work ethic with the ability to excel independently and collaboratively
