We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects, from conception to completion.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate internal and external teams (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) for project delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, plans, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Track deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders (administrative staff, workers, clients, etc.)
- Oversee contract development, negotiation, and administration.
- Secure necessary permits and licenses.
- Select, manage, and oversee workers.
- Implement and maintain quality control programs.
- Resolve project issues and concerns with stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities.
- Investigate construction site incidents and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and other safety protocols.
- Complete additional assignments as directed.
