As an Account Specialist II in Estates Services ACH Reclamations you will will be responsible for all transactions associated with our consumer accounts by reviewing and analyzing the transaction activity to determine the proper payments to be returned and ensure cases are dispositioned accordingly. You will utilize your analytical ability in reviewing customer information to identify which transactions belong to each account owner. The review you complete of the customer's account must be in accordance with J.P. Morgan Chase bank policies, regulations, and federal, state, and local law requirements.

- Must be able to post transactions, figure general ledger entries, place stop payments, and creating customer and/or agency correspondence
- Perform outbound calls to agencies to gain a better understanding of agency requests for payment
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2 years related bank operations
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in multiple MS Office and web based applications
- Excellent writing, grammar, and editing skills
- Professional communication
- Excellent Analytical and Attention to Detail
- Ability to manage a heavy workflow
- Independent, Self-Motivated, and a Team Player

Work Schedule:
In office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working from home Thursday and Friday
Option hours will be 7:00am-3:30pm or 7:30am-4:00pm CST
