As a Client Operations Analyst within the Cash Vault Profile Fulfillment team, you play a crucial role in maintaining Service Level Agreements for each production queue. You will manage and update vault management profiles nationwide, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to solve complex problems, work independently, and communicate effectively will be key to your success. Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Service Level Agreements for each production queue.
- Create and manage vault management profiles for the entire country.
- Process requests via the Deal Manager Application submitted by the Deal team.
- Update and modify profiles using Quick Kill maintenance forms submitted to National Production.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in all tasks to eliminate customer impacts.
- Analyze and solve complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.
- Build and foster relationships with internal partners and team members at multiple levels.
- Utilize applications such as Deal Manager, Money Manager, TECMS, Customer Assist, and Excel.
- Independently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to create logical and realistic solutions under tight deadlines.
- Ability to use judgment to guide analysis, draw implications, and synthesize into clear communications.
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
