Cross Currency Solutions plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Global Mass Pay solution. This is a tremendous opportunity to work together with Clients, Sales, Markets, Technology, and Operations functions to develop and commercialize the most innovative solutions for Corporations, and Banks. The candidate will get first-hand experience in effectively solving for client needs while gaining in-depth understanding of Cross Currency Solutions and Foreign Exchange.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Lead product readiness and go to market efforts for Global Mass Pay
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including Product, Operations, Sales, Service, Implementations and Technology on product enhancements, launch and commercialization
- Lead completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Leverage specific payment rail knowledge to define requirements for critical flows and infrastructure within the overall product; work with engineers, architects and designers to build the optimal technical and user experience strategies
- Analyze industry trends with Cross Currency Solutions and cash management, risk and regulatory developments, and competitive landscape
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and regularly communicate updates on the product strategy, progress and performance
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- 5 years of experience in Cross Currency or Domestic Wires, ACH Payments, Real time payments
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Subject matter expertise in cross-currency solutions or payments, SWIFT MT/MX, ISO XML
- Understanding of client payment needs in various industries including eCommerce
- Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment
- Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, and translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics
- Expert at creating management communications, presenting to large audiences (clients, management, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Banking experience which includes banking operations, financial products, and customer service
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
