As a Human Resources Compensation Associate you will support the Consumer and Community Banking Line of Business regarding the processing of monthly, and quarterly incentives, and modernization efforts.
Job responsibilities
- Able to provide a strong level of client servicing while building strong working relationships with CCB business partners to assist in daily research requests by educating and clearly articulating the CCB compensation plans
- Provide day-to-day client research request support with attention to detail regarding compensation email inquiries for branch employees
- Analyze existing processes and inquiries to make recommendations to peers and management team for continuous improvement regarding administration of the Incentive Compensation plans
- Partner with Peers, CCB Compensation Manager, CCB Business, HR colleagues of all levels to drive efficiencies and leverage best practices to improve client experience and processes
- Own Incentive Compensation technology system defects from start to finish to ensure timely open and closure of the issue
- Lead and/or actively participate in Incentive Administration projects, aligned to key identified Incentive Compensation priorities
- Become a subject matter expert on the CCB Incentive Compensation plans
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships
- Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, and/or recommendations to address root cause
- Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills that enable individual to leverage data to determine an answer
- Flexible with the ability to adjust to different tasks on a daily basis
- Exceptional judgment, demonstrates ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment and ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications; Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3 – 5 years experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ICM suite
- Prior experience in modernization of technologies, automation, system conversions
- Product and Agile methodology
- Confluence and Jira tools
- User Acceptance Testing
