As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Receivables Operations Public Sector group, you will be responsible to support leadership in analyzing critical operational data and solving complex business problems. In this valued role, you will be developing strategies to support business growth, assessing and planning operations capacity, leveraging data to recommend performance and process improvement opportunities, visualizing data to tell a story, and managing business initiatives. You will participate in team-based projects with heavy interaction and collaboration with leaders and employees across the division. You will also be required to work independently with minimal supervision, while meeting all business timelines and requirements.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations management and influence key decisions to propel business initiatives
- Leverage problem solving, modeling and communications skills
- Provide strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive projects to completion
- Manage upwards through leveraging of data/metrics for key business decisions
- Analyze operational, performance and financial data and provide actionable responses to analysis
- Create executive level summaries of complex analyses and business results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with critical stakeholders and business partners
- Construct detailed capacity models and long/short term forecasting business projections
- Collaborate and develop effective partnerships with team members across lines of business
- Design and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to problem solve
- Experience working with large complex datasets
- Ability to interpret data and identify underlying influences
- Proficient experience with data repository usage, storage and querying of critical information
- Experience working with statistical data and applying the ability to leverage data to evaluate performance results
- Expertise using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong capability on metrics development, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience utilizing Visio, Jira, Tableau, Alteryx, and SharePoint
- Project management and meeting facilitation skills
- This role may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise
- This role will require a government security clearance and requires proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence for 7 years
