As a Product Associate in Payments’ Digital and Design, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Support leadership develop and promote Global Banking and Payments digital vision and offerings (including online, mobile, API)
- Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and communicate requirements, stories, and customer value associated with Digital & Design solutions
- Support the development of internal and external thought leadership to promote Digital Channel capabilities
- Develop sales collateral to ensure Global Banking Sales are able to communicate Digital & Design strategy and offerings to clients and prospects
- Partner with Marketing to support development of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and search engine marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Internal Communications and Marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency of communications
- Work with senior members of the Digital and Design team to support analysis, develop product strategy, and maintain product roadmaps. Maintain and excuse communications roadmap. Monitor communications performance metrics and KPIs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, product marketing, communications, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Strong knowledge of corporate internal and employee communications strategies, best practices, implementation and execution; solid understanding of the financial services industry.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in Corporate Communications
- Experience with project management
- Familiar with web and social media marketing
- Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additional software skills (Adobe, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, HTML), Confluence, Teams
