Job Summary:
As a Quality Analyst in our Credit Facilities Quality Control Team, you will leverage your extensive business knowledge and interpersonal skills to provide first-level support. You will manage workflows, support escalations, and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in credit facility setups across multiple lines of business. You will also implement training initiatives and accuracy calibrations, while adapting to the team’s dynamic business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the team manager and broader team
- Manage daily pipeline and resource allocation
- Assist in advancing Quality Control initiatives
- Conduct Quality Control Reviews as needed
- Prepare and collaborate for Challenge Forums
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of capacity models and workflow management
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Inclusive leadership skills with cross-group and regional collaboration
- Demonstrated adaptability in current role
- 4 years of financial services industry knowledge, including regulatory practices, lending, loan processing, and support operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Subject Matter Expert in Credit Facilities
- Proven track record of increasing responsibility in roles over time
- Familiarity with Integrated Credit Risk Desktop and ACESX
