As a Senior Associate in Corporate Responsibility Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting, you will support end-to-end global payments processing, account reconciliations, and customer service for nonprofit organizations, as well as lobbying disclosure reporting, campaign finance reporting, and PAC administration. Reporting to the Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting Executive Director and the Vice President of Core Operations, you will work closely with Corporate Controllers, Corporate Finance, CR Tech, Grants Management, Global Government Relations, and Global Political Law. This role requires independence, flexibility, strong process improvement skills, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage an optimal operations payment environment : support process changes and manage daily team requests.
- Support Regulatory Reporting processes and PAC administration : support of PAC end-to-end disbursements and campaign finance reporting, and Federal and State lobbying reporting tracking, records management, and periodic controls review.
- Process payments, account reconciliations, nonprofit outreach, and due diligence screening.
- Implement process improvement initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure strong, compliant, and risk-averse operational processes.
- Maintain audit readiness and manage audit scope.
