As an Senior Program Manager, Product Delivery Director in Analytic Data Platforms within the Consumer & Community Banking ( CCB) Data and Analytics team, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.
Analytic Data Platforms within the CCB Data & Analytics product organization is on a journey to modernize our data infrastructure and “Make Data Easy”. You will lead the strategic transition of our Data & Analytics professionals from an on-premise database system to the cloud-based Snowflake Data Warehouse platform. Your focus will be on managing the user experience through change, identifying and addressing points of resistance, and ensuring a seamless exit of heritage platforms.
Job responsibilities
- Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
- Achieve Chase Strategic Priorities: Ensure successful adoption of the Snowflake platform by Data & Analytics professionals, and controlled shutdown of heritage data warehouse platforms.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end migration program, aligning with Chase’s broader data modernization goals.
- Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align on migration objectives and drive organizational change.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption, address resistance, and ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8 years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
- Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Deep expertise in data platforms, proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience using and enhancing analytic products and user experiences
- Strong SQL or Python skills to understand the user experience and be hands-on with data driven decision making.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex migration initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration abilities.
- Skilled in developing and implementing change management programs for technical users.
- Strong organizational capabilities and expertise in managing change effectively.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a hacker mentality. History mentoring and developing teams

- Recognized thought leader within a related field
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
