As a Product Delivery Manager in Identity and Access Management, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Manages demand intake and continuously improve backlog with the team, ensuring all items are clearly described with acceptance criteria, estimated and prioritized
- Creates and maintains the product's definition and artifacts including product roadmap, strategy and vision for the product and customer facing SLOs/SLAs
- Creates and drives the go-to-market plans for the product including firmwide communications and support models
- Partners with line of business (LOB)/corporate end users and functional groups to assess needs, understand requirements and syndicate solutions that meet requirements for risk and control, audit/regulatory/compliance, client service, and user experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Experience in technical vendor management
- Functional areas and work experience including Identity and Access Management (IAM), RSA, Product Adoption and fine-grained access control
- Strong risk and controls background with ability to manage breaks, issues, control procedures and audits
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Strong technical background, preferably engineering based
- Accomplished track record in utilizing JIRA, Confluence and accompanying tools
- Demonstrated relationship management skills in an enterprise environment
