Technical Project Manager III - Platform Operations

As a Technical Project Manager III in Consumer & Community Banking Platform Operations, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Partners to understand the non-feature work needed to run the product and meet commitments
• Work with technology and product leads to support consistent practices, assist in developing product strategy and vision, and help set key performance measures
• Perform as champion on the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
• Develop and utilize advanced analytical skills to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
• Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
• Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
• Demonstrate an inquisitive attitude and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve data-related questions through quantitative reasoning both independently and through collaboration with business partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to stakeholders at all levels including senior management and customers
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies (JIRA, Confluence and similar others)
