Job Summary:
As a Purchase & Sales Analyst within our Securities Operations team, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of security trade processing. You will balance and reconcile transactions, notify correspondents and trading desks of unmatched trades, and resolve suspense account breaks. Additionally, you will monitor open fail-to-receive/deliver items and engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of new businesses and trade flows. Your role also involves coordinating with technology teams for trade investigation and process improvements, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Balance and reconcile all transactions processed through JPMS LLC.
- Notify correspondents and trading desks of unmatched trades.
- Resolve all suspense account breaks.
- Monitor open fail-to-receive/deliver items for valid comparisons.
- Review rejected transactions and assist stakeholders in updating/correcting trades upon request.
- Identify thematic issues and suggest improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure new businesses and trade flows work properly for Purchase & Sales.
- Coordinate with technology for trade investigation and process improvements.
