As a Product Manager in Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Digital Identity team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and improve top-tier client experiences. With a good commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our identity and authentication platform that provides seamless access and robust security for our global client base, from large corporations to small businesses. You will help drive the evolution of our digital identity solutions, ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of our clients and the market while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Job responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, such as launching new security features and expanding platform capabilities, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Recommend compliance with industry standards and global regulations in Identity & Access Management
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Demonstrate ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities, are essential for effectively collaborating with our diverse teams and client partners.
• Experience in managing complex projects and driving them to completion.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Familiarity with identity and authentication platforms (for example Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0 or similar)
• Experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to digital identity and security.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and software (for example JIRA, JIRA Align, Monday.com)
