We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the operational aspects of planning and execution of campaigns focused on cross-selling relevant J.P. Morgan products and services. You will work closely with specialist marketers in content, design, and marketing operations, as well as product, sales, and compliance teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operational processes for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and support campaign objectives, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign workflows and address any operational issues that arise.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data and analytics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign plans and performance for senior stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Desired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Direct experience in marketing campaign management or operations.
- Experience working in a B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Consumer) environment, with an understanding of how to engage both corporate clients and end consumers, is an advantage.
