What are the responsibilities and job description for the CCB Audit Practices Manager position at JPMorganChase?
This position reports to the COO for CCB Audit and will support the operational framework and oversight of CCB Audit delivery by collecting, analyzing and processing data to produce management reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and find optimal solutions and collaborate with business and tech teams throughout delivery lifecycle. Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce management reporting to support the annual audit plan development and cycle execution.
- Help lead enforcement of audit practice execution, including credible challenge to the CCB Audit Team.
- Lead activities and messaging for Audit Directors in support of plan management / compliance with audit methodology.
- Oversee control committee materials, verify data accuracy and identify key messaging.
- Support and participate in departmental strategic initiatives and special projects or working groups.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts of all levels and functions to determine requirements for reporting tools, requirements, and new capabilities.
- Explore and develop solutions using tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to automate reports.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7 years of internal or external auditing experience
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant financial services experience)
- Self-motivated and effective under pressure and willing to take personal risk and accountability
- Strong organizational skills and intensive attention to detail and ability to analyze and process large amounts of data
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills, proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications
- Desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically
- Excellent & influencing skills and the ability to be effective in a matrix environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master’s degree
- Experience working in Banking or Finance sector preferred.
- Related professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA
