As the Executive Director, Prescription Drug lead within the Benefits Department at JPMorgan Chase, you will manage and enhance our Prescription Drug offerings and other benefits programs. Your role will encompass leading a team of benefits professionals, identifying trends and opportunities, and enhancing the employee experience in these areas. Additionally, you will oversee, evaluate, and implement changes to these benefit programs, monitor plan performance, regulations, and market trends. You will also manage, assess, and implement modifications to other benefit programs such as dental and vision.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Prescription Drug and Dental/Vision Team
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication with other teams and stakeholders
- Evaluate vendors’ ongoing performance and manage programs’ financials
- Identifying marketplace trends and opportunities
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and progress monitoring
- Enhance employee experience across prescription and other drug offerings
- Support communications activities related to prescription drugs, dental and vision
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with new and existing requirements
- Empower teams to achieve goals and adjust priorities as needed
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/prescription benefits managers/health insurance/insurance fields
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the prescription drug marketplace, contract and financials related to employer sponsored insurance programs (large employer experience)
- Analytical skills with an ability to innovate and drive unique approaches and solutions
- Experience in a strategic, analytical, or metric-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to effectively lead and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working for a large Employer’s Benefit team (50,000 employees)
