As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Payments Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in the Data and Analytics organization. Collaborate with Payments Product Owners to deliver comprehensive insights through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Your work will drive customer engagement by defining metrics, sourcing data, developing queries, and creating impactful reports.
Work within a dynamic team that values collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing across the Data and Analytics community. Your contributions will facilitate holistic, cross-functional learning and bridge the gap between analytic and non-analytic groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.
- Create data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.
- Rationalize complex normalized data sets for ease of cross-organizational consumption.
- Partner with the LOB and broader D&A organization to understand business requirements and objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, SAS, and Python.
- Experience with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and SQL databases.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information for audiences of varying expertise levels.
- Degree in a quantitative or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Master's degree with 2 years of analytics experience.
- Functional industry experience in operations, marketing, credit/risk, technology, or finance.
- Intermediate knowledge of Machine Learning.
