What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology Product Marketing Solutions Manager, Vice President position at JPMorganChase?
- Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
- Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
- Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
- Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
- Executes and leads cross-product line engagements to promote, drive and measure success for Identity and Access Management control solutions
- Partners closely with Product Management, Engineering and User Experience on strategy and plans of new and existing product positioning and messaging
- Launches and leads marketing campaigns to ensure customers/users understand product and solution value
- Creates and maintains internal and external product materials including messaging, decks, launch materials, and narratives to accelerate the product adoption momentum
- Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver strategic messages and content through relevant internal channels
- Partners across Global Technology Product Lines to align marketing plans to strategic business objectives and milestones for customer awareness and adoption
- Utilizes market trends, competitive and user research to shape how we position our solutions, maintain and evangelize product knowledge and act as a voice of customer
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Proven track record and passionate about creating compelling product messaging and Go-to-Market strategies that align with the needs of the customer
- Experience developing clear and compelling messaging clearly differentiates our offering and communicate superiority of our solutions
- Proven success navigating matrixed organizations to optimize results
- Able to pivot quickly based on changing business demands or environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing product messaging, communications, and presentations
- Solutions-minded self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Polished executive presence, track-record of flawless execution and delivering strong results
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, Master's degree preferred
- Experience working in the small and medium-sized business industry or payments
- Passion for physical products/hardware and experience launching new physical products to market
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint skills
