Duties: Execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with the firm’s product deadlines. Communicate complex information using interaction design tools, including journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes. Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designs across our web, mobile, and native applications. Document user research findings and iterate designs based on feedback. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leaders. Create click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders. Share knowledge and educate stakeholders about the firm’s design processes and best practices to optimize operations and elevate the organization. Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, integrating peer critiques, feedback, and best practices. Contribute to firm’s best practices, templates, journals, policies, and guidance materials.
Qualifications
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Design and Technology, Digital Media, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience Designer, User Interface Designer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Technology, Digital Media, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience Designer, User Interface Designer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Gathering requirements and designing process flows, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma; Translating requirements into design specifications for development; Applying design systems or informing iterations to design systems; Collaborating with developers to execute solutions; Designing across platforms, including products, websites, and mobile applications; Ideation and prototyping of design options; Collaborating with user researchers to plan and conduct usability tests; Presenting design decisions, rationale, and concepts to stakeholders; End-to-end delivery of projects from concept to completion; and Making adjustments for cross-team dependencies that directly impact deliverables.

Full-Time. Salary: $134,000 - $165,000 per year.
