The Integrated Workflow Solutions (IWS) team is responsible for making change management “easy”, streamlined, and efficient for all stakeholders involved. Job Responsibilities
- Automation program manager - managing direct reports and key stakeholders as they work to develop automation solutions across workflow, repository, dashboard, and bot applications
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across multiple regions to to re-engineer processes and deliver innovative solutions providing business value, efficiency gains, and process improvements
- Manage key senior leadership metrics, including driving the team to deliver automation initiatives on time, and escalating any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain program roadmaps identifying clear objectives and key results, tracking effectiveness of deployed solutions
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, automated solution design, assist development, testing, and implementation
- Partner with the other teams to deliver integrated solutions with a focus on superior client experience
- Follow Agile development methodologies
- Ideally, be able to also design and develop workflow process and user interface using citizen-developer applications
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Confluence, Alteryx, Tableau
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs to support workflow development is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details
- A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and project management skills; experience driving complex projects to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills – ability to interact with colleagues at all levels

- Creative problem-solving skills – ability to approach an issue / initiative with an innovative yet pragmatic, commercially reasonable approach to achieve desired outcomes
- Possess a sense of urgency and resourcefulness with strong ability to anticipate issues and a passion for driving best practices
- Careful attention to detail, with keen ability to quality check own work and the work of others
- Ability to directly address / identify conflict and obstacles and escalate as appropriate
- Business process re-engineering and analysis experience:
- Challenging the status quo, current processes and tools to find the most efficient solution possible
- Ability to look through to the root cause of issues and assist with efforts to define creative solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- 8 years of relevant experience; business transformation, process automation, or equivalent experience in financial services industry - experience in data analytics is a plus
