Scope of Responsibilities: 1. Weaving first quality fabric 2. Must be able to prioritize. 3. Must be able to handle the stress of a production environment 4. Must work with a sense of urgency. 5. Starting looms, repairing yarn breaks, and filling changes while maintaining efficiency standard. 6. Constant patrolling, inspections, and flagging defects 7. Maintaining warp back and filling maintenance 8. Maintain all records according to ISO standards 9. Only Supply Issued reed hooks will be used Job Specifications: 1. HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent 2. 0-3 years experience 3. Good working knowledge of computer skills
