Typical Duties
- Greets all employees and visitors prior to allowing entry to JPS Health Network facilities.
- Monitors incoming staff members, contractors, vendors, guests, patients, etc. and allows entrance into JPS Health Network facility according to established guidelines.
- Maintains neat and orderly work environment.
- Demonstrates efficient and accurate telephone skills.
- Demonstrates customer service behaviors in day to day activities.
- Maintains inventory levels and provides masks at facility entrances (if needed).
- May be required to travel to various locations.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Degree, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year customer service experience.
