5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the finance or insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of derivative trading and experience with Finastra trading platform or equivalent implementation and integration.
Skilled in managing requirements through the full lifecycle of a project, from discovery to delivery.
Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial and trading data.
Experienced in full requirements management processes, including feasibility studies and option analysis.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to plan key business analysis activities and workshops.
Creative and innovative thinking to deliver high-value benefits efficiently.
Led stakeholder engagement throughout projects, influencing key stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations from users to senior management.
Effective communication skills to facilitate business meetings and workshops, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts both verbally and in writing.
Contributed to shaping pre-project ideas and independently written sections of comprehensive business cases, including cost planning, estimation, reporting, and forecasting.
Supported project teams by facilitating UAT triage, business readiness activities, and workshop facilitation.
Experience working with different delivery methodologies, including Prince2 and/or Agile/Scrum, and the ability to adapt analysis accordingly.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
