The Position
" Collegial, well-established team of 10 Dermatology providers - affiliated with one of the Midwest s top physician-led nonprofit health systems
" Physicians here are booking months out and are earning > MGMA 90th percentile
" 4-day work week, zero call
" Plenty of competent support staff work w 2-3 dedicated nurses, scribes also available
" General medical & surgical Dermatology, with the opportunity to customize your case mix
" Option to incorporate Mohs surgery for fellowship-trained candidates
" Optional cosmetic Derm component; generous bonus structure
" Gorgeous clinic built for ultimate patient experience; layout designed to facilitate efficient delivery of care
" Epic EMR
" Option to teach medical students & residents if of interest
" Best-in-industry compensation: $725K starting base additional wRVU bonuses = exceptionally lucrative earnings
" $200K signing bonus & comprehensive, executive-level benefits package
" 35 days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice w tail & more
" J1 waiver & H1B visa sponsorship available; experienced legal team to support
