The Opportunity
" Flexible scheduling options with the potential for part-time work, offering a balanced mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities
" Level II Nursery with 24/7 MD and anesthesia coverage (CRNAs practice independently)
" Collaborative Environment: Each physician has their own nurse, and all nurse practitioners work closely with the team
" Open to candidates with a stronger focus on GYN procedures if comfortable with OB call, including C-sections
" Epic EMR
" Visa support
Compensation & Benefits
" $425,000 base salary with a generous, tiered wRVU productivity bonus structure
" Current providers earning $650,000 annually
" $150,000 sign-on bonus, paid relo
" 6 weeks PTO
" Federal and state student loan repayment programs
" 401(k) with 10% employer match, plus an additional deferred compensation plan
" Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, dental, vision, and disability coverage
